KHAMU VILLAGE
Khamu village is a 25 minutes during -non-spoken- documentary about the life of a small population in Laos. The Khamu are the original inhabitants of Laos. In the eleventh century the Lao arrived from China. They forced the Khamu out of the fertile lowlands and into the mountains. The languid style of Khamu life, cannot hide the governmental oppression.
